Territory Tool

The learning CRM · Post-acute care · Live demo below

Every account in its territory. Researched, routed, and worked for you.

A CRM that does the homework: every account researched before you call, filed into the right territory on its own, and the pipeline — demos, deals, follow-ups — growing on top.

The demo runs on fictional sample data on your device. No email needed.

Duplicates settle themselves

Try it — this is the product, on fictional data. Your day, ranked: every call researched before you make it — a named contact, the pain, the money line.

Step through it here, or open the full demo from any “Try the demo” door — fictional sample data, no email needed.

The learning CRM · Four loops

A CRM that learns. Most only remember.

A CRM stores what reps type into it. This one already knows the accounts — researched, verified, filed — and keeps learning as the book is worked.

It learns your accounts. Before anyone calls.

Every account is researched and verified — a named contact, the fit, the pain — before a rep ever picks up the phone.

Shipped

It learns your map. The book files itself.

Accounts file themselves into the right territory, duplicates settle themselves, and the data heals itself nightly.

Shipped

It learns how you sell. Your playbook, not a template.

Your organization's own playbook shapes the research and the call points.

Shipped

It learns your pipeline. The CRM layer, now growing.

Demos, deals, tasks and follow-ups on the same accounts it researched — one record from first research to close.

Rolling out

What it does · Four modules

The book keeps itself right. You keep the calls.

Everything the tool can settle on its own, it settles. It asks a person only when a person is involved.

  1. Research · Verified

Groundwork before the visit. A name, not a guess.

Each card shows who to ask for, the number that matters and the ask, and a call guide prints as a PDF for a route day.

Every account is filled in from public sources — CMS, the NPI registry and the Census geocoder — with the source and date kept on each fact. That research is the account's record from day one; the CRM layer builds on it, not beside it.

  2. Today · The call list

Open Today and know who to call and why.

The list is ranked, with the reason each account is on it in one plain line.

Follow-ups land on your calendar as a file you open, and it all works offline. As the CRM layer rolls out, due tasks and set demos join the same list.

  3. Territories · Nested

Draw the territory once. Accounts find their own place.

Each account sits where it really is, inside the territory you drew.

Managers assign pool accounts to their reps, coverage gaps show as their own layer, distances read in miles, and your position on the map stays on your device.

  4. Inbox · Approvals

New people and sign-ins wait for someone to say yes.

Everything the tool can settle itself, it settles — exact duplicates merge and misplaced pins settle.

Every change shows in Activity, with an undo.

The CRM layer · Rolling out

The pipeline, on accounts it already knows. Same product, growing.

Calls, visits and notes log on the account they belong to, in one timeline, two taps from the call list. On top of that:

  • Demos & schedulingA demo on the calendar is a pipeline event: setting it moves the deal, finishing it attaches the prep checklist.
    Rolling out
  • Deals & stagesOne opportunity per account and line, on a stage board your organization names, with the history kept.
    Rolling out
  • Tasks & follow-upsSuggested after a call, created only on your tap, due in Today with the rest of the day.
    Rolling out
  • RoutesA day's visits in order. A stop done is a check-in logged, one tap.
    Rolling out

Built in phases and tested like everything else here; nothing on this page is dated or promised. Until it lands, what you log elsewhere still imports in.

Also: it installs to your phone's home screen, it can notify this device when something is waiting for your approval — if you turn it on — and it imports any CRM's export, so the book you already have is the book it starts learning from.

Who it's for · Three seats

Reps, managers, organizations. Or just you.

Reps

Open Today and know who to call and why. The map, the list and the follow-ups agree with each other.

Territory managers

See your team's books, assign pool accounts, and answer the requests routed to you.

Organizations — or just you

Owners and Org Admins set up territories, people and modules. A rep working alone gets an independent book with the same tools.

Pricing · Published

Plain termsSeats are seats. One product — the account tool and its CRM layer — not two. Every plan is a license to use it, never a sale of it. Billing is not open yet; nothing is charged from this page.

Trust · Privacy

Business data only. Only what the product already says about itself.

Each organization on its own

Each organization's data is walled off from every other. A support visit to your organization is logged for its owner.

A person approves every account

Accounts are approved personally — a request grants nothing on its own.

Backups

One file holds every workspace, edit and setting. Deletes and imports can be undone, and a reminder nudges you to back up.

No ad trackers

Field activity is your organization's business data: walled off by organization, held in your backup file, never used for ads. Your position on the map stays on your device. The forms on this page run Cloudflare's bot check; there are no advertising trackers or analytics.
